This French client who lives in Germany is used to renovating houses.

She seeks advice from us because she would like to buy two houses in Port Grimaud to join together and transform them. Two combined houses have a higher value, since they have a large terrace, a wide mooring and a brighter living room, as well as only having a single fireplace, toilet, and kitchen, which gives more space in the living area.

By opening the load-bearing walls of the two houses, we will create a beautiful and bright perspective. Some people decide to have one staircase only, others keep the two to have independent sleeping areas. Our clients’ choice was to design a large parental suite upstairs and on the other side, two bedrooms and shower rooms for their children.
