The aim was to design an open-plan kitchen with its bar overlooking the living and TV room, as well as two bedrooms with their shower room and a toilet for guests.

Special care had to be given to the little covered terrace which looks onto the canal; a teak terrace, a made-to-measure table in the same wood and with polished stainless steel inserts, leather seats, sheds as straight as a die in order to be equipped with a little additional fridge, a summer kitchen with all the necessary cupboard space, a back-lit fountain and ornamental bushes. All that turns this area into a magic place when night falls.

He appreciated our seriousness and full attention to detail… So, since then, we have met again every year with great pleasure on his terrace to drink a glass of ice-cold rosé and listen to the numerous gripping anecdotes he can always tell.
