We had worked for this Swiss client in the past (combining three houses together in Port Grimaud) and he asked us to find a waterfront villa for renovation.

After a few attempts with our network, we eventually found a place ideally situated, with a view over the Iles d’Or and Brégançon Fort.

The beach is below the garden, with an open outlook, direct access to the sand and a boathouse. The piece of land is planted with beautiful trees and has perfect privacy.

The site is magical but the existing house, which dates back to the sixties, is ugly and does not have a swimming-pool. We will have to transform it completely, innovate an important renovation and extend surfaces. We will also have to lay out the garden, landscape it, add an infinity pool, design wood and stone terraces amongst pine trees and secure the perimeter with a wooden fence.

As well as giving the house an elegant architectural feel, we will have to create an interior design with an uncluttered contemporary style opening onto the natural vista outside, in order to be an integral part of the scenery.

In addition to our project management, we will be collaborating with the owner ‘s German structural & home automation engineers.
